Can I use a fixed IP address on Autify?

Yes, we have an option for fixed IP addresses for customers who would like to keep the IP addresses from which Autify runs tests the same. This is useful when you use an IP allowlist to accept only requests from specific IP addresses.

If your contract includes a fixed IP address option, you can check the IP address by following these steps:

Settings > Workspace > Outbound IP addresses from Autify

* If multiple IP addresses are displayed, please allow all of them.
