Can multiple members communicate with Autify support via the same chat?

Currently, Autify's chat support allows one-on-one communication. Only the person submitting the request can send messages and view the content of the request.
If you would like to share your request with other members, you have two options.
- You can reply to the chat by email. If you add other email addresses to the CC field when you reply, subsequent chat messages will also be sent to those email addresses.
Notes
- If someone other than the person who made the initial inquiry contacts us in the middle of a conversation, the conversation may be split into different threads.
- Due to the design of our chat tool, if you read our message in the chat window immediately after receiving it, the message may not be sent via email.
- You can download the chat conversation as text data by clicking the "Download Conversation" button and share it with other members.
