Display name and actual address of a permanent email address

Introduction

In Autify NoCode Web, you can receive emails during a test by using a permanent email address. Here, we'll explain the details of the permanent email settings screen.

All permanent email addresses are displayed in your workspace's settings as shown below:

Blue text : This is the display name (a label set for easy identification).
Gray text : This is the email address actually used during test execution.

How to change the display name

You can change the display name (the name of the email address) in blue text within the Autify Recorder.
We recommend creating multiple permanent email addresses for different test purposes and giving them easy-to-identify names.

Steps

1. Open the Autify Recorder.
2. Click the email icon in the recorder.
3. Open the Permanent tab.
4. Click the ">" to the right of the target email address.
5. Click Edit to change the display name.
