I haven't received the password reset email even though I clicked 'Forgot password?'
If you did not receive the password reset email after clicking "Forgot password?", please follow these steps.
1. Make sure that the email address you entered is correct and that the email isn't in the spam folder. The subject line of the email is "Reset Password".
2. If you've entered the correct email address, you may have signed up with your Google account instead of your email address/password.
If this is the case, try signing in by clicking "Continue with Google" and following the prompts.
Note that you can't switch from signing in with an email address + password to using "Sign in with Google" or vice versa. For more information, please read this article.
