Diff isn't displayed in the test result. Why is this?

For each step in the test result, the [Diff] tab will appear if a screenshot of the last successful test exists, allowing you to see the difference highlighted between the screenshots of the last and current tests.

Therefore, you can only see the [Diff] if this test has been run two or more times and if the step was successful.
