Checking the contents of emails received using Email Testing

How to check the contents of emails received using the Email Testing feature depends on the type of email address you are using.

What you can check when using a random and permanent email address

You can check the content of the email by opening the screenshot on the Test Result Details Page or the target step on Test Results.

To check the contents of the email, please follow these steps:

1. Click [Check mail inbox] on the right side of the target step.
   

2. The subject line of received emails will be listed. Click the subject line of the email you wish to open.
   

3. The email will appear. You can check the following information:

• Source address of the email
• Subject line of the email
• Body text of the email
  • If available, you can switch between HTML and text display.
    

What you can check only when using a permanent email address

If you use a permanent email address, you can check the main body of the email from the Workspace Settings Page in addition to the above.

To check the contents of the email, please follow these steps:

1. Click [Settings] > [Workspace Settings].

2. Permanent email addresses are listed in the [Email Addresses] section. Click on the permanent email address to which the email you want to check was sent.
