# 「パスワードをお忘れですか？」からパスワードリセットを試したが、メールが届かない。

「パスワードをお忘れですか？」からパスワードリセットを試したが、メールが届かない場合、以下をご確認ください。

1. 入力したメールアドレスに間違いがないか、迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられていないかなどを確認してください。「パスワードの再設定」という件名のメールが届く想定です。

2. もし、入力したメールアドレスに間違いがない場合、サインアップ時にメールアドレス / パスワードではなくGoogleサインアップを選択されていた可能性があります。 この場合は、「Googleで続ける」ボタンをクリックして、画面に従い、ログインをお試しください。 なお、ログイン方法をメールアドレス+パスワード認証から、「Googleでのログイン」に切り替えること、もしくはその逆は対応しておりません。詳しくは[こちら](/v1/docs/ja/can-i-switch-my-login-method-from-email-address-password-verification-to-login-with-google)もご参考にされてください。
