      Steps to start using Autify NoCode Web

      To start using Autify NoCode Web, you need to create a user account.
      During the free trial period (14 days) after creating your account, you can try out the basic features of Autify NoCode Web (with some exceptions).
      This page explains the steps from account creation to login.

      Create an account and start your free trial

      There are two ways to start your free trial.

      1. If you have spoken to our sales representative

      If you have spoken to our sales representative, they will send you the Free Trial Application Form. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the form.
      After that, you will receive an e-mail from us, so please proceed with the registration according to steps 1-1 to 1-3 below.

      1-1. Create an account

      You will receive an email with the subject line "Welcome to Autify". Click the "Create Your Account" button in the body of the email and follow the instructions to create an account.
      Autify NoCode Web accepts email address/password or Google Signup (Continue with Google). Please create an account using whichever is easier for you.

      Password Requirements

      If you create an account with an email address/password, your password must meet the following requirements.
      Please create a password that contains at least 3 of the following characters. It must be at least 8 characters.

      • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
      • Lowercase letters (a-z)
      • Numbers (0-9)
      • Symbols

      You can change your email address and password on the User Settings page after you sign in . (You cannot change them if you use Google Signup).

      Autify does not allow you to belong to more than one organization with the same email address.
      If you want to share scenarios or test results within your organization, please ask them to invite users. Scenarios and test results cannot be moved between workspaces, so if the user is in the same organization, please ask the workspace manager to invite the user to the same workspace.

      1-2. Register account information

      Please register your account information in the following screen.

      Username Requirements

      Your username must meet the following requirements:

      • Consists of lowercase letters, numbers, underscore, hyphen, and period, but does not begin with a hyphen
      • The same username does not exist in the organization

      In some rare cases, a username may not be available because it's the same as words related to Autify's system. If the username you entered cannot be registered, please choose another one.

      Your username can be changed in the User Settings page after logging in.

      1-3. Complete account registration

      When registration is complete, you will see the message "Account registration complete" at the top of the screen.
      We offer tutorials on how to use Autify, so refer to them when creating scenarios.

      2. If you are starting from the trial application page

      You can also start the trial right away from the trial application page.

      2-1. Create an account and workspace

      Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.
      Autify NoCode Web accepts email address/password or Google Signup (Continue with Google). Please create an account using whichever is easier for you.

      2-2. Complete account registration

      When registration is complete, you will see the message "Account registration complete" at the top of the screen.
      Once account registration is complete, a workspace is automatically created.
      We offer tutorials on how to use workspaces, so refer to them when creating scenarios.

      Logging in

      Please sign in with the email address and password you used to register, or click "Continue with Google" if you used Google Sign In.

      • If you enter the wrong password more than 10 times, your account will be locked. In this case, you will receive an email containing a link to unlock your account so please unlock your account and try signing in again.
        To change your password, click "Forgot password?"
      When you need to log in again
      • After 3 days of inactivity on Autify, you will be prompted to login again.
      • You will be prompted to login every 7 days regardless of activity.

      It says 'You must be invited to register' and I can't create an account.
      I haven't received the password reset email even though I clicked 'Forgot password?'
      Can I change my login from email address/password to "Sign In with Google"?
