User Registration / Log in / Invite a new user
On the first day of use, an invitation email will be sent to your representative. Please check the information in the email carefully and fill in the following fields to register as a user.
Name: Enter your name
Username: Please enter a username. The following conditions must be met:
- Consists of lowercase letters/numbers/underscore/hyphen/period, but does not begin with a hyphen
- The same username does not exist in the organization
In some rare cases, a string may be unavailable due to duplication of words and other system-related words. If the username you entered cannot be registered, please select another one.
Email Address: Enter an email address to be registered
Password: Please use at least 3 of the following characters. It must be at least 8 characters long:
- uppercase letters (A-Z)
- lowercase letters (a-z)
- numbers (0-9)
Log in to https://app.autify.com with the email address and the password you registered.
- Your account will be locked if you enter an incorrect password 10 times. Once your account is locked, you will receive an email with a link to unlock your account. Please unlock your account and try logging in again.
To change your password, click Forgot password?.
- After 3 days of inactivity on Autify, you will be prompted to login again.
- You will be asked to login every 7 days, regardless of activity.
Invite a new user
If necessary, you can register new users by going to [Settings] > [Workspace Settings] > [Invite a new user].
Enter the email address of the person you want to add in it and click the [Invite] button. This will send an invitation email to the email address you entered.
Invited users will receive an invitation email. Please follow the registration process.
Note that the invitation email is valid for 30 days.
