# Release Notes - April 10th, 2023

## 1. Featured Releases 🚀

### Email notification

Just like with [Slack integration](/v1/docs/integrate-with-slack), now it's also possible to receive test result notifications by email!

Email notifications can be configured in either **Workspace settings** or **Test Plan settings**. What is great about email notifications is that you can specify conditions for which notification types to receive: `Test passed`, `Test passed with but need review`, `Test failed`.

And also, you will get these **Hatty-themed notifications**!

## 2. Soon to be released 🎁

### User Roles

Finally, we have begun to release the **User Role** feature that allows for assigning permissions to each user! This will let you limit which members can perform administrative operations, such as inviting users. We are currently working on a phased activation of this feature. Please wait until it is available in your workspace!

## 3. Other Updates ✨

### Environment updates

We have updated the following environments:

- Chrome: 110 →  111
- Edge: 110 →  111
- Firefox: 110 → 111

We have removed the following environment:

- Google Nexus 6

### Other improvements

- Made it possible to upload files in Step Groups for middle/end of a Scenario
- Improved the date filter on Test Result List page so that the date specified in the `Finished on` field is included in the search
  - For example, if you wanted to display listings through the end of March, you had to specify April 1st for the `Finished on` field previously, but now you only need to specify March 31st.

### Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where the first step could not be changed from an Execute Step Group step to a Visit step when using data
- Fixed an issue where a permanent email address could not be deleted when opening the settings page from a different workspace
- Fixed an issue where duplicating a test plan with unsupported capabilities failed with a 500 error
- Fixed an issue where test results with Internal Error were displayed at the top of Test Results List page
- Fixed an issue where Visit steps could be selected for deletion, copy and step groups creation on the Scenario Details page
- Fixed a temporary issue where scenario window size could not be changed on the Scenario Details page
- Fixed an issue where an unused permanent email address was not displayed when trying to select it on the Scenario Details page
- Fixed an issue where JS snippets used in a step group could not be overwritten from the Scenario Details page
- Fixed an issue where saving changes to a scenario after copying/pasting steps could fail in a Step Group for the middle/end of a Scenario
