Featured Releases 🚀
Cleanup Steps 🧹
Steps that must be run at the end of a scenario can now always be run as Cleanup Steps, even if the test fails in the middle of the test! Cleanup Steps are very useful you want to delete data generated during the test execution regardless of the results of the test.
Cleanup Steps can be added to scenarios. This can be done by by opening the Options tab on the scenario details page and checking Show Cleanup Steps. Existing scenarios can be converted into Cleanup Steps or newly recorded from scratch as Cleanup Steps.

ℹ️ Cleanup Steps are available on Advanced, Enterprise, or any other equivalent plans.
⚠️ As we release Cleanup Steps feature, "Data" "Variables" tabs on Scenario Details Page are now hidden by default. If you would like to use one or more of these options, open "Options" tab to enable items as needed.
Step Suggestions (Beta) 🧪
Autify AI Labs is excited to announce a brand-new experimental feature, Step Suggestions! Step Suggestions suggests possible next steps to create when recording a scenario on Autify. It may be helpful when you feel "We have an application to test, but we don't have much idea about what scenarios we should create" or "We want to explore potential cases we haven't tested yet.”
To use Step Suggestions, a dedicated token and Chrome extension will be required. For more details about setting up and usage, see the following documentation:

Improvements
An appropriate error message for outside of a
<body>element that is specified by a locator is now displayed instead of generic unknown errorA URL for the “Failed” tabs on the test result page is now displayed on the test result summary page
A link has been added to the test result page linking to the associated test plan
Environment Updates
We have updated the following environments:
- Chrome: 114.0 → 116.0
- Firefox: 114.0 → 116.0
- Edge: 114.0 → 116.0
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where test result screenshots are reloaded every time they are scrolled into view
- Fixed a capitalization issue where lowercase letters were not correctly capitalized for instances where the language is not English
- Fixed an issue with changing Fixed email address names from the recorder menu. For further information please read Changing email address name
