Overview
Scenario Summarizer is a function that summarizes the content of a scenario in writing. If you want to review a scenario but do not know what kind of scenario it is, or if you want to get an overview of the scenario before executing it, please try Scenario Summarizer.
Setting up Scenario Summarizer
To use Scenario Summarizer, you will need to add a Chrome extension ("Autify AI Labs (Beta)") similar to Step Suggestion.
Please refer to Step Suggestions Setup to setup the Chrome extension for Chrome users using Autify for Web. Please set up the Chrome extension for Chrome users who use Autify for Web.
*You don’t need to reinstall the extension if you already have the Autify Step Suggestions Chrome extension.
How to use Scenario Summarizer
After the setup is complete, you are ready to use Scenario Summarizer on the scenario editing screen!
Let's open the scenario and start using it!
In this case, we have selected a scenario for a demo request on the autify.com website.
First, let's click on the "Summarize" button.
Then the message "Asking AI to generate the summary...,
A scenario summary has been generated!
Next, I added a step to confirm the display of the text "Thank you for your inquiry.We got your Request 🙂" after executing the demo request.
Let's click the "Summarize" button again.
The scenario summary has been updated to include a confirmation of the "Thank you for your inquiry.We got your Request" message.
As you can see, you can get the scenario summary by using Scenario Summarizer, so please try it out.
Scenario Summarizer retrieves information about a scenario when the page is opened.
Therefore, currently, generating summaries for new and updated scenarios requires reloading the page after saving.
Also, please note that it is not possible to save the generated summary.
