System requirements for [scenario] creation/editing environment

The PC system requirements for creating and editing [Scenarios] are as follows:

Essential requirements

• Browser environment

  • Latest version of Chrome browser
  • Chrome Extension: Autify Recorder must be installed
  • Enable Chrome incognito mode
  • Set up a Chrome browser user for using Autify (to avoid the influence of other extensions)

• Network requirements

  • https://app.autify.com must be accessible

Recommended

• Display resolution
  • 1280 x 1024 and above
    • If the display resolution is smaller than the screen size specified in the [Scenario], the test execution may be affected. For example, the test is likely to fail or the test results are likely to result in a [Review Needed] state.
• OS
  • Unspecified

Requirements for applications under test

When executing a test, the web application under test is accessed via Autify’s test execution environment. Therefore, the following requirements are essential:

Network requirements

• http or https access must be possible via the Internet from Autify's test execution environment

Autify cannot be used in the following environments:

• Web applications that are only accessible from the local network (including applications which requires a VPN connection to access)

Also, if the test target web application has a password prompt (BASIC authentication) or if the source IP address is restricted, please use the following functions:

• BASIC authentication setting (standard function)
• Fixed IP address option (paid option)
