The browser became unresponsive during the test execution

When you see the error message "The browser became unresponsive during the test execution. Please retry or refer to the troubleshooting guide", please try the following workarounds first.

1. Retry

Test executions can be flaky when the website has a performance issue or loads a large amount of data. Please try executing the scenario again.

2. Apply a Sleep Step

If this error occurs when executing a Go To step or straight after, adding a Sleep Step that waits 3-5 seconds might solve the problem.

3. Close windows

If you have opened many windows (tabs) during a test, add Close Window steps to close the windows you've finished testing.
