# Video logs for test results

⚠︎ Video log is available on particular plans.

  

Have you ever wondered what was actually happening on the browser when you didn't get the expected result from a test run on the cloud?  Now you can see the actual behavior of the browser on our **video logs** on the Test Result Details Page. We hope you can see what was happening in the video and find it useful for troubleshooting.  

We also have **markers in the video timeline** so you can easily jump to a specific step in your Video Logs. If you click on each step on the right side of the test result, you can immediately move to the video playback position.

- Video logs are available for all execution environments except for Edge/Windows Server. Video logs for the Edge/Windows Server environment are currently in closed beta. Please [contact us](/docs/how-to-contact-us) if you'd like to join the closed beta.
- There is a 30 day retention period for video logs; after 30 days the video log will no longer be available on the test results.
