Situation
The device is not recognized and the following error occurs after running the autify mobile link doctor command.
Error: Connection was refused to port 62078
Resolution
1. Reconnect the device after restarting your PC.
Please try the following.
- Disconnect all local mobile devices and restart your PC.
- Connect only one local mobile device and ensure that its screen is unlocked.
- Check if the device is correctly recognized in Xcode.
- Run the
autify mobile link doctorcommand again to see if the error is resolved.
If the steps above do not solve the problem, please run the following command to check the status of Port 62078, and contact our support team with the results
lsof -i :62078
