# クラウド実機端末のキーボード言語が英語入力モードになったり、日本語など英語以外の言語のモードとなりキーボード操作で失敗します。

キーボードの言語設定は、固定や変更をすることができず、実行時に使用される[端末によってその設定が異なる](https://help.autify.com/mobile/docs/ja/overview-of-cloud-real-device-support#%E7%AB%AF%E6%9C%AB%E3%81%AE%E8%A8%AD%E5%AE%9A)場合があります。

そのため、テスト実行時にキーボードの特定のキー (例：returnキーやdeleteキー、doneキーなど) をタップする操作を行う時、キーボードの言語モードが変わることで失敗することがあります。 例えば、下図の例では、英語キーボードを想定して、「return」キーをタップする操作を想定してレコーディングしましたが、テスト実行時には日本語キーボードの設定となっている端末で実行されたため、、「return」キーをタップできず失敗することが想定されます。

この場合、シナリオ編集画面もしくは[クイック要素更新のPage Source](https://help.autify.com/mobile/docs/ja/quick-element-update#2-xpath%E3%82%92%E6%8C%87%E5%AE%9A-%E6%9B%B4%E6%96%B0-%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B)から、特定キーの[XPath](https://help.autify.com/mobile/docs/ja/tips-to-stabilize-element-selection-xpath-and-accessibility-id#xpath)を指定することで安定する場合があるので、お試しください。
