The first set of settings is the user settings tab. This usually is what's opened up when you first click on the [Settings] tab. You can also navigate back to it by clicking on "User settings"
What each of these sections control:
Display Language
This is simply what display language you want to have Autify displayed as. Currently, the two options are English and Japanese.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
You can set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for logging in to Autify.

Generate Personal Access Tokens
If you need to generate a personal access token to use somewhere, you can do so by creating a name for it and clicking create.

All of your personal access tokens will be displayed beneath in the "Personal Access Tokens" Section. You can revoke any of them at any time by pressing the "Revoke" button.
Personal Information
Username
This information is displayed on your usage report and in the Updater section of scenarios and test plans.
You can edit the username yourself.
Usernames must meet certain requirements. You can find the requirements in the User Registration section of this article.
How to change your username
Click the Edit button, update the username, and click the [Save] button.
You will see "The username has been successfully changed." at the top of the screen.
This is the email address you use when you log in.
You can edit it yourself, unless you have signed up using your Google account or SSO. For more information, please see the Note section at the end of this article.
How to change your email
Click the [Edit] button, update your email, and click the [Save] button.
You will see the message "Please click the link in the confirmation email sent to your inbox." at the top of the screen.
Within a few minutes, you will receive a message with the subject line "Confirm your email address". Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
You have successfully changed your email address when "Verified" appears next to the new email address.
Change Password
This is the password you use to log in.
You can edit it yourself, unless you have signed up using your Google account or SSO. For more information, please see the Note section at the end of this article.
How to change your password
There are two ways to change your password.
- Before logging in
To change the password of your Autify account, click on [Forgot password?] on the login page where you would normally enter your Autify password.
After clicking "Forgot password?", please follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
- After logging in
You can change your password by going to [Settings] > [User Settings] and updating the Personal Information section.
After clicking the [Update] button, the message "Password reset email is sent to your registered email address." appears at the top of the screen.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with the subject line "Reset your password". Please follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.
Note
If you signed up using your Google account or SSO, you will not be able to click [Edit] or [Update] on the right side of your email or password, and the message "Your account is managed by SSO" will appear. As the message indicates, you cannot change your email or password.
You also cannot change how you login (using your Google account or email and password).
