The time zones of Autify's test execution environment are as follows.
Japanese users
”Run now” button in scenario editor
The default is UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), but it can be adjusted to JST (Japan Standard Time) in the workspace settings.
Test Plan
The default time is UTC, but, in some test environments, JST can be selected.

Non-Japanese users
UTC in all test environments.
