Can a user belong to more than one organization with the same email address?
Autify does not allow you to belong to more than one organisation with the same email address.
Please create a new user using a different email address, for example by setting an alias to the email address.
When using SSO, alias email addresses are not available.
Also, if the message "Failed to send invitation email to XXXX (email address). The email address has already been taken." appears when you invite a user, that user might already belong to another organization.
If the user is not using the workspace of the organization they already belong to, please delete their account and invite them again.
If you cannot delete their account, please contact us and we will delete it on our end.
