Can a user use multiple organizations?
Currently, Autify does not allow you to use multiple organizations with the same email address.
If a user wants to use multiple organizations, please create a new user with a different email address, such as by setting up an alias for the email address.
Also, if the message "Failed to send invitation email to XXXX (email address). The email address has already been taken." appears when you invite a user, that user might already belong to another organization.
If the user is not using the workspace of the organization they already belong to, please delete their account (if you cannot delete their account, please contact us and we will delete it on our end) and invite them again.
