Autify's customer support
The following support is available on all plans:
Customer support working hours
- Japan office : Weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm (JST)
- US office : Weekdays 8:00am - 5:00pm (PST)
Opening hours
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Inquiries received outside office hours will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis from the following business hours.
Approximate time for first response
- Japan office: We aim to respond within two business days of receiving your inquiry.
- US office: We usually respond to inquiries within 4 to 8 business hours of receipt.
The estimated time for resolution or implementation of a workaround depends on the nature of the inquiry and is not defined at this time.

Before contacting us
Are there any issues in the preceding steps before the failed step?
Sometimes a test may fail due to issues in previous steps. For example, an operation in a previous step may fail, and the following screen is not displayed.
You may be able to find the cause of the failed step by checking each screenshot of the test result.
