Organization Settings

Organization settings can be found at the bottom of the settings tab. From here, you can view the organization's name, the contract renewal date, monthly execution count, and the organization's current users.

Let's take a look at each setting.

Organization name

You can see the organization's name and organization's ID.

Contract renewal date

Your Contract renewal date is shown here. If you would like to make any changes to your contract, please contact us at least 14 days before the renewal date.
If you have stopped renewing, tests can be run until the day before the renewal date.

If you are trialing Autify, "End date of your free trial" will be displayed instead of "Contract renewal date."

Monthly Test Usage

You can check the status of your monthly test usage.
The content shown will depend on your plan.

If you have the Lite, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise plan

You can check your monthly credits (number of executable steps) and monthly step usage.
If you would like to add credits, please contact us via chat.

If you are subscribed to other plans

You can see your monthly test usage.
The execution count is reset on the last day of each month.
If you would like to increase the number of test runs, please send us a request by clicking the button.
Please note, the button does not appear if your execution count is unlimited.

Organization Users

You can see the registered users.
To invite new users or delete users, please go to "Workspace Settings" for each workspace.
