Tests are marked as [Internal error] in the following cases:
- When an internal error occurs within Autify while a test is being executed.
- When a test exceeds the maximum execution time for some reason.
- When the execution time of a test step exceeds 30 minutes.
- When the browser became unresponsive during test execution
- When many characters are entered in an Input step during test execution
- When the file name chosen in the Choose File step exceeds 255 bytes in size
In most cases, an internal error status is caused by a temporary issue. Please try executing the test again before you contact us.
Also, please be assured that tests that fail due to an internal error are not counted towards the execution limit.
If the test continues to be marked as [Internal error] after running it several times, please contact us via live chat.
