I can’t successfully duplicate Scenarios as a Step Group. Why is this?

Cannot duplicate as a Step Group

If the first step of a Scenario is a Step Group, [Duplicate as Step Group] will not work. Please change the first step to a Visit step before duplicating.

To change the first step of a Scenario to a Visit step, open the [Action] drop-down menu on the Step Details Page and select [Visit].

Some input values are lost after duplicating a Scenario as a Step Group

Although you can duplicate Scenarios that use the Data feature, the data itself will be lost in the duplicated Step Group. Once you have duplicated the Scenario as a Step Group, please re-enter the data to each step that had a data value in the original Scenario. Examples are shown below.

In the Scenario shown below, data is used as input values in steps 3 and 4. Even if data is used in a Scenario like this one, [Duplicate as a Step Group] is available by clicking the kebab menu at the upper right corner of the screen.

Please note that although [Duplicate as a Step Group] is available, the duplicated Step Group will not include actual data. In other words, input values that used to contain data will be empty.

If any steps have an empty input field, please input data individually from the Step Details Page.
