It depends on how the target site is implemented - if the HTML and the show/hide states of elements are not dependent on window size, you may be able to test scenarios and step groups recorded in a PC window size in a mobile/tablet test environment.
However, this may result in more "Review Needed" statuses or failed tests. If it fails, please create a scenario/step group for each window size.
