⚠︎ Video log is available to customers on plans other than the Lite plan.
Have you ever wondered what was actually happening on the browser when you didn't get the expected result from a test run on the cloud? Now you can see the actual behavior of the browser on our video logs on the Test Result Details Page. We hope you can see what was happening in the video and find it useful for troubleshooting.
We also have markers in the video timeline so you can easily jump to a specific step in your Video Logs. If you click on each step on the right side of the test result, you can immediately move to the video playback position.
- Video logs are available for all execution environments except for Edge/Windows Server. Video logs for the Edge/Windows Server environment are currently in closed beta. Please contact us if you'd like to join the closed beta.
- There is a 30 day retention period for video logs; after 30 days the video log will no longer be available on the test results.
