Scenario & Test Settings

Capturing page sources

If enabled, it captures the page source when executing tap steps. This allows you to specify XPath locators in Quick Element Update from the test result screen. Disabling it can speed up test execution, but XPath locators will no longer be available. Changing this setting will not affect already recorded steps.

Step retry timeout

You can set the timeout duration for retrying a step when the target element cannot be found or an error occurs on a per-step basis. The default is 30 seconds, and you can specify up to 300 seconds. This setting applies to all steps within the workspace. If the application is slow or backend processing takes time, try adjusting this setting by extending the step retry timeout. Note that if you set it to 0 seconds, it will not be retried (not recommended).

Wait Device retry timeout

In the cloud real device execution environment, this feature allows you to specify the waiting time until a device is allocated when the specified device is BUSY. If the device is not allocated after the specified waiting time has passed, it will fail as an error. The default is 240 minutes, and you can specify between 15 and 240 minutes. This setting applies to all tests within the workspace.
