User Registration

On the day you start using our service, an invitation email will be sent to the administrator. Please check the information in the email carefully and fill in the following fields to register as a user.

First Name/Last Name: Enter your name.
Username: Enter a username. It must meet the following requirements:

• Consists of lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens, and periods, but does not begin with a hyphen.
• The username does not already exist in your organization.

In some rare cases, a username may not be available because it overlaps with words related to Autify's system. If the username you entered cannot be registered, please choose another one.

Email address: Enter the email address you want to register.
Password: Use three or more of the following character types. The password must be at least 8 characters.

• Upper case letters (A-Z)
• Lower case letters (a-z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Symbols

Log in

Go to https://mobile-app.autify.com/users/sign_in and login with the email address and password that you set up.

• Your account will be locked if you enter an incorrect password more than ten times. If your account is locked, you will receive an email with a link to unlock your account. Please unlock your account and try logging in again.
• To change your password, click "Forgot your password?"
