It is possible to individually specify the input values set in each step within a Step Group for every scenario that uses the Step Group.
For example, even when a Step Group is used to share a login operation across scenarios, you can set different email addresses and passwords for each scenario.
How to Override Input Values per Scenario
-
Open the edit screen for the scenario that is using the Step Group.
-
Click the pencil icon, "Use different value in this scenario," displayed on the text to assign for the target step.

-
Specify the desired value and save the scenario.

How to Revert to the Step Group's Original Value
If you want to revert to the original input value set in the Step Group, click the arrow icon, "Use original value," and save the scenario.

Note
If you use a different value in a scenario, updates made to the content of the original Step Group will not be reflected in that scenario.
Example: If you modify the code of a JS Step within a Step Group, the changes will not be applied to any scenario where the input (including arguments specified via variables or data) has been overridden.
