How to view Slack notifications

When a test finishes, you will receive a message in the channel you chose during setup. The language used for messages is the language set in the organization's default language settings.
If a Test Plan includes multiple scenarios (2 scenarios in the image below) and all tests are successful, the following message will be sent:

If one or more tests fail, you will receive the following message. It will include why the tests failed and links to each failed test result.

If you receive duplicate notifications

If you have set the same notification destination for both the entire workspace and the test plan, you will receive two identical notifications for each completed test plan execution. Please review your notification settings.

Customizing Slack Notifications

Currently, you cannot use Autify's basic functionality to customize notifications, such as sending Slack notifications only when tests fail.
You also cannot set it up so that notifications for each test plan and scenario are sent to different channels.
However, you can use webhooks to customize notifications.
